About the Course 3.0 CEUs

Every individual deserves a voice, yet for many, accessing AAC devices can  feel overwhelming, or simply out of reach. This course is designed to bridge the gap by guiding you through the essential principles of alternative access, from the basics of direct selection to the more complex systems of switch access and eye gaze. Along the way, you'll uncover strategies that don't just address physical challenges, but also expand your mindset about what's possible. With real-world insights, clinical discussions, and practical takeaways, you'll feel more confident supporting AAC users in finding the access method that works best for them. You'll walk away with a renewed belief in the power of persistence, creativity, and human connection.  Together, we'll reimagine communication access-- not as a barrier, but as an opportunity.
